Welcome to the home of the Pittsburgh Amateur Penguins

The Amateur Penguins are proud to be the only Western Pennsylvania based Hockey Association that can bring your child through every step of their hockey career including a Developmental Program, Tier I and II Hockey, and on to Junior's. No other association offers such a comprehensive spectrum of choices for young hockey enthusiasts in the area.

Our Association allows each child to develop at their own pace, challenging them at every level till they progress through our Junior Program. The goal of our Junior Program is to place Hockey Players from within our system to the higher Junior A levels or onto the Collegiate Programs.

Please visit our individual team web pages regularly for news, as well as game updates.

The Amateur Penguins Tier I - AAA Program is now playing under our Affiliate Pittsburgh Junior Penguins. To view information about our Tier I and Junior Programs Please click the logo below.
